COVID-19 Economic Impact Could Reach $8.8 Trillion Globally, Says ADB

According to the report recently released by Asia Development Bank (ADB), The global economy loss would be between USD 5.8 trillion to USD 8.8 trillion because of COVID-19.  The loss is around 6.4% to 9.7% of Global Gross Domestic Products (Global GDP).

Governments around the world have been quick in responding to the impacts of the pandemic, implementing measures such as fiscal and monetary easing, increased health spending, and direct support to cover losses in incomes and revenues. Read More
